The Deering Estate is a premier rental facility for wedding ceremonies and receptions in Miami. Ceremonies are held on the beautiful manicured lawn overlooking the tranquil waters of Biscayne Bay. Guests can enjoy a wedding reception in the courtyard - with the Grand Stone House and historic Richmond Cottage in the background or inside the Stone House Ballroom. The Deering Estate is the ideal location to host a wedding in a truly unique setting in Miami.

The Deering Estate is a National Historic Landmark therefore we take pride in protecting its natural resources. Rental fees for the 1st floor of the Stone House, the Courtyard and the front lawn (up to 125 guests):

Friday, Saturday or Sunday   $4,600
Monday thru Thursday          $3,450

Maximum number of guests allowed in the Stone House is 250.
Each additional guest over 125 is $9.50 per guest.
