Daytime Garden Ceremonies
Vizcaya Museum and Gardens offers facility rentals to help defray the costs of operating and maintaining this historic property. To welcome those who wish to have a more modest marriage, commitment, or other ceremony at Vizcaya, we offer Daytime Garden Ceremonies.
Daytime garden ceremonies may take place in the gardens during the hours of 9:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. There is no access to the Main House for the bride, groom, bridal party or guests. Photographers are permitted to accompany the group. Chairs may not be placed on the property for the garden ceremony. We regret that we cannot allow wedding canopies, or runners for the daytime garden ceremony. Only hand-held chupahs may be used. Food and beverages are not permitted during garden ceremonies. If you wish to have music at your event, we invite you to arrange for one hand-held instrument.
Daytime Garden Ceremony for up to 25 guests* $1,500
Each additional guest* (up to 25 additional guests) $25
Please note that a 7% sales tax applies to all fees.
Evening Facility Rentals
Whether it’s a corporate event, a wedding or commitment ceremony, or another special occasion, Miami’s historic Vizcaya Museum and Gardens provides an impressive location. Vizcaya is available for rent during the evening hours and guests have the exclusive use of the inner courtyard, outside terraces, and gardens. Private events cannot be held during the day as Vizcaya operates as a public museum throughout the year.
